"Room had no ventilation and a musty smell. It was not properly cleaned. When we checked in the bathroom sink was dirty and full of red hair. There was a used bandaid on the flooor next to my bed. I cleaned these myself with hand sanitiser. The toilet paper ran out and was not refilled. Despite complaints rhat they did not clean the room after our first night, they continued not to service the room. I stripped the beds and our private tour guide called them in but that’s the only day they cleaned the room. The woman, who I believe is the owner, desperately needs training in hospitality. She does not greet people evennat breakfast. No one is ever at the reception desk. They hang out on the roof terrace which is only accessible by several staircases. B/fast was terrible. The tourism bureau in the area should attend and give it a rating. It’s not suitable for anyone who does not speak Turkish. It was a very unplesant experience! Due to the room layout I triped and fell on my knee. I was screaming but it took someone in a neighbouring room to get someone to come and assist me. They did bring me an ice pack as I requested. My knee is still sore several days later."

"On arrival, the host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. He offered us an immediate free upgrade and he showed us the entire property. He also gave us recommendations for local touring and invited us to park in front of his hotel. The property was authentic and lovely a good quiet place just a couple minutes drive from the main city attraction and very affordable for budget conscious people. The breakfast was quality and tasteful, and the service at the restaurant was lovely"

"owner was super helpful in helping us get ear drops despite pharmacy being closed for my husband's ear infection and also trying to help with booking hot air ballon ride. breakfast was amazing- huge spread and all fresh. i am sure on expedia site it says the property has lift unfortunately there is no lift and mym husband had to carry our 12 yr old wheelchair bound son up and down the steep stairs."

"Almost all the rooms are exceptionally spacious and well-preserved. Cave room with a jacuzi is the finest ever especially for just married like us. Cleanliness and breakfast are 10/10. Frankly, hotel and rooms in general are far better than the photos itself. We made the reservation on a highly competative price. When we talked with the manager, we figured out that they are planning to increase hotel's facilities even for better and arrange a reflective photoshoot. They were very friendly and organizing room decoration and everything during our honeymoon. Special thanks to Merve."
