"Lovely manager - very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in a suite which was beautiful. Me and 2 bridesmaids stayed the evening before my wedding in a family room. This was large and beds were comfy - pillows could be softer. We had breakfast delivered to the room and the charge waivered which was kind. "This is our second stay at the Gatehouse apartment and we love it just as much as the first time. Set a short distance from the main hotel, it is really quiet, with great view of the garden and wooded area. The whole of the ground floor is ours and even with guests above us, it is sound proofed, so no noise. Lovely and clean and a really good size kitchen and dining area. We will be back."
