Peter who is the local contact was so friendly and was there within 30 minutes when we ran out of hot water. He made us feel nothing was too much trouble and insisted we call him even at night ifwe had any problems. All the rooms were immaculate as were the gardens and facilities. The gentlemen named Amar who looked after us during our stay was superb.
