This stunning 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo is located across the street from one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in the world…Eagle Beach.
This open concept condo provides ample room for personal space yet allows for intimate conversations to make the most beautiful memories.
This home away from home will pamper you with all the perks to make your vacation a dream come true. From the tranquil bedrooms with their own en suite spa like bathrooms with rain showerheads to the fully equipped modern kitchen with everything necessary to create your own homemade masterpieces.  The hardest decision is deciding whether to dine indoors or on the private balcony enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. If BBQing is your thing, there’s also that option by the pool.
There’s also wonderful restaurants within walking distance….fine dining, casual pizza, romantic candle light dinner on the beach…take your pick. The world is your oyster…..
More restaurants, shopping, casinos and night life is only a few minutes’ drive.
If you have a larger travel group, please ask us about the other unit that we can also accommodate you in unit 506 in the same building.

I would recommend LeVent and this condo to everyone. The property manager was very responsive and kind. The person who checked us in was very kind. It was a great experience. This was the third time in Aruba and we always stay at the LeVent.

Great Condo on Eagle Beach!
We recently stayed at LeVent and loved this condo! The unit was very clean and well appointed. The location was wonderful - steps away from the beach and lots of restaurants. LeVent was a great building as well The amenities were terrific. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo, The complex was beautiful and ideally located steps from Eagle Beach. The unit we stayed in was perfect. Sie, the property manager met us at our arrival and was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental.

Ybor was a short ride, then got on a quaint street car to get into the city. $5 vs. $30…. Hotels started over $300 …our little bungalow was 1/3 the price and very memorable

Our accommodation was excellent, very clean and spacious. The condo was in an excellent location minutes to beautiful Eagle Beach. The pool was very nice as well ample chaise lounges and chairs. Great place, great stay!
We stayed at the property with two little kids for our family getaway. The condo itself was exactly as pictured and described with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is modern, well decorated and very convenient. Levent property has great pool area which we frequented. It is also located less than 5 minutes walk from the amazing Eagle beach. The condo is very close to all the main attractions. Communication with the host was seamless as well. Can't wait to come back!

The condo is very clean and well maintained. It is well located, being less than a five minute walk to Eagle Beach. Rick was very responsive and accommodating during the booking process, and the condo manager, Sie was very responsive to our needs and made sure to go out of her way to help us have a relaxed week.

Sie was our property manager for our rental at LeVent condos. She was excellent. She stayed in contact with us from the beginning to the end. She met us upon arrival and showed us the condo and gave us our keys. Gave recommendations for getting around the island, restaurants and entertainment. She answered all of our questions. Great vacation!!

Lovely Trip to Aruba
My wife and two kids (14 & 16) had a wonderful time at the LeVent apartment complex this past week. The apartment was well stocked and very clean, with a beautiful view of the palm trees and pool area. We were right across the street from Eagle Beach (which was absolutely gorgeous and never crowded) and having beach chairs and coolers in the apartment was super helpful (and more affordable since we didn't have to rent any beach chairs once there, only an umbrella). We rented a car for the week, so we had easy and quick access to ATVing, snorkeling excursions, grocery shopping, amazing restaurants, and tons of gorgeous beach time all over the island. Both the owners and their managing agent, Sie (as well as her associate), were very communicative and helpful. One happy family on one happy island! Thanks!

Brand new condo across the street from Aruba's best beach!
Just returned from our stay at this condo. It is everything it states in the description and photos. Brand new, plenty of space, nice furnishings, comfortable beds. Pool area is really nice and we basically had the entire area to ourselves the entire stay. I have absolutely no negatives about the property. Location was central and convenient. Although I love a property that is right on the beach and this is not, the beach was not far whatsoever....just a short jaunt...maybe 2 minutes walking and you are on the best beach(Eagle Beach) in Aruba.

The photo's are very accurate and the condo is very clean and well kept along with the property - common area's/ pool, etc. The condo is in very closes (walking distance) to Eagle Beach and several very good restraunts and Large Food Store but we had rented a jeep for the week and loved the convenience of exploring and going to difference beaches and and Downtown (Palm Beach - High Rise) often which was only a 5 minute ride. Great Property Owners and the property manager they have (Sie) was also wonderful and very friendly. Will definately return. Thank you

This was the best location and facility we could have desired - exceeded all expectations!
First of all I want to say Rick was very informative and communication was easy. The staff at the condo were as friendly and informative as I have ever had, and certainly contribute to the "One Happy Island" atmosphere, which is so greatly appreciated! The unit is well located on Eagle Beach, the largest and least crowded beach along this coastline. The condo central between downtown, a mile south, where the cruise ships gain everyone's attention, and the "high rise" area, a mile north, where nightlife and the party animal garner attention. We ate in several restaurants, but for fresh local fish in a very casual atmosphere RED FISH was superior and not far from the condo. I can tell you the pool area and gym are certainly 5 star and not as crowded as others we visited during our stay. We had a great stay here and it is a 5 star recommendation from us!

Amazing Property in Great Location
We were very pleased with the location of the property to the beach, grocery stores, exercise paths, etc. as well as the amenities on-site. We felt safe and valued during every interaction with other guests and with staff. I did take advantage of the Blue Waters Day Spa which was on-site and loved the garden massage offering. We used the grill almost daily and everything was pristinely clean in that area. The pool was perfect for our needs and above what we expected. We had everything available to us for what we needed to cook each day. (As an aside, we preferred the Ling & Sons grocery store over Super Foods, even though SF was closer). We were even close enough to the hospital to walk to it to get our required COVID test. The only small downfall of the unit was the loudness of the air conditioning unit and dehumidifier, as it is adjacent to the master bedroom. Despite that, we would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a carefree environment close to Eagle Beach!
