"This resort is very beautiful and quiet. I suggest to further the staff training particularly in directly dealing with customers. We had to call and asked to pick us up at the ferry even though I scheduled it before I even arrived. The front desk told me the housekeeping comes every other day. I told her it’s unacceptable considering being a luxury resort. They accommodated my request. The service isn’t bad but it just needs more training. The Breakfast portion size is NOT enough. "Ce n’est pas un hôtel, comme indiqué sur Expédia : pas de réception, pas de piscine, mais une simple maison. La propriétaire a « manqué notre réservation » : donc logement pas préparé à notre arrivée. Puis elle parle de vérifier si nous avons réservé la formule avec petit déjeuner, alors qu’Expedia affiche que le petit déjeuner est compris… A noter aussi que la terrasse devant la maison ( côté mer) est celle du restaurant voisin."

"Arrived late, well advanced noticed sent to owner. Was met by a man at hotel who showed us suite and gave us keys and wifii password. This man told us the owner will comeby the following day. No show. Apartment was nasty as if the last guest left and we arrived. Used bag of ice in freezer, dish on dish rack, used toiletries. No microwave and no feee bottled water.
