THINGS TO KNOW
Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I loved it but the only bad thing is that our first night the building has decided to paint the balcony the same day we arrived so I couldn't enjoy the balcony which is the main reason I booked it but other than that we enjoyed the rest of our trip .

Great Place!
Bluewater #804! We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door! Very nice place, clean and had anything you would want as far as a place to hang out. The only thing I would want different was a different coffee pot. It took us a couple of days to figure out how to use it without it leaking. Next time, I'll bring my Keurig! The kitchen was loaded with what ever you may need to cook up a great meal! The beds were comfortable and all the rooms had ceiling fans, which was nice. There were plenty of towels, and extra pillows and covers. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall nice but a few issues.
The condo was nice. Nice beach view. Only complaints were that furniture and bathrooms need to be updated, and there was not many working lights in the bedrooms (either outlets didn’t work or were not close enough to plug the lamps in. Overhead lights would be nice.) not super clean when we got there. Fine place if you aren’t going to be in the room very often.
