"Great staff and location "

"The location, style, and level of service are excellent. However we had two main problems. 1. Our room was noisy. We could often hear loud noises from the rooms above and beside us. 2. The facilities were too crowded. At breakfast there was not a table for everyone. Some people had to sit outside in the cold. At the indoor pool there were not enough lockers in the changing room and not enough loungers for everyone to sit in. Sauna and hot tub were filled to capacity."

The junior suite was amazing equipped with everything for a great stay The hotel is in a superb location , two minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants. Diana and Angel two receptionists are amazing . They are knowledgable, efficient and friendly. "

"Amara was an excellent facility with excellent service. The breakfast spread was beautiful and delicious. I had a private yoga practice with Larissa she went above and beyond. We also had two masssages both were wonderful. Highly recommend Amara. "
