But it really doesn't fill you with that holiday feeling. Our bedroom overlooked some building site, and in general Larnaca town centre is pretty delapidated in a depressing, rather than cute way."

The village is quaint and quiet, the accommodation felt like the idyllic Mediterranean escape you'd expect - surrounded by oranges and bougainvilleas in a rustic yet modern surrounding.
