"The house is well maintained and has a beautiful view. The property manager was "all business" - but was responsive when help was requested. Only one bedroom was made available - the other bedrooms were locked. (I some times am restless and might have made use of the second bedroom - though in all fairness I didn't raise the issue.)"

"Had a few days in Paihia with the teens for the school holidays. This beautiful home is so close to everything- we just parked our car up and walked everywhere. Many restaurants very close by, beach was a stones throw away, ferry terminal and main shops a leisurely few minutes away. Would definitely stay again."

"We loved our stay, it is a fabulous location and the house is comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. I especially loved the outdoor chairs in several spots around the house, plus there’s everything provided for cooking, washing etc as well. "We don’t want to over recommend the property because we want to come back! It’s already difficult to get! We had a splendid time - visited Paihia, Kerikeri, Waitangi, Russell, Long Beach, boat tour of the Bay of Islands (out to the hole in the rock). Amazing! Wished we could stay longer. Didn’t want to leave!"
