"My husband and I were looking for the perfect place to stay, and Wow! did we find it! The property is spectacular with a treasure trove of fruit and nut trees to discover.The hosts are thoughtful and provided a wonderful experience. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were a great way to restore. Each day we spent on the lanai for our meals enjoying the sweeping views. We can’t wait to return! "

"Wow wow wow!!! The description doesn't do it justice, Nothing less than laying your own eyes on it will do! This place is a locals staycation dream and for me and my partner (first time big Island visitors) it was PARADISE! The wonderful people who run the property do an amazing job of making it an experience to remember. We Enjoyed endless fun on their private trail munched on countless fruits some we've never tried and were cut up and served special for us ❤️❤️❤️❤️. There's so much wildlife to boot and On our very last morning walking back up the trail we got to see DOLPHINS! This place is nothing short of spectacular. "The pond at the waterfall was incredible! While swimming in the pond, the perspective of the surrounding beauty of the trees and sky felt like paradise. Would return for sure."

"The Royal Palms was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio with a view of the amazing palm trees. Laurel was a great host! She provided us with items if we were missing anything in the suite and welcomed us to use the ice and filtered water from her outdoor fridge. We were delighted with the attractive and delicious fruit tray that was on the table when we arrived. We would highly recommend a stay at The Royal Palms. "

"This property strikes a rare balance: reasonably priced, well-located, and thoughtfully maintained without excess or pretense.The views are lush, the space immaculately clean, and the hosts both warm and unobtrusive. Practical touches such as on-site laundry, overhead fans, and a Sleep Number bed (more curiosity than necessity) made for an easy stay. Nighttime breezes kept the temperature comfortable.We had no issues with bugs — just a few charming geckos lingering outside. The only real misstep was the futon, which was all but unusable as seating.As a base for daily excursions, it was ideal. The experience was seamless, understated, and quietly memorable."
