"The property is classic center parcs with mainly aqua mundo as attraction. The activity center is quite basic. We stayed at a VIP marina apartment. It was quite specious and very well equipped. However, there is no air conditioning or ventilation opposing to what is stated in Expedia and no bug nets on the windows, which is quite a torture with hot august weather. "I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The place was spotless and conveniently located close to public transportation, which made getting around easy. The staff at the front desk were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the food and drinks at the on-site restaurant — everything we tried was delicious. The only issue we encountered was a leaking shower, but aside from that, everything else was excellent. I would definitely consider staying...

"The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly; check-in was a breeze. I liked that the room I had was a studio apartment. However, the kitchen could be equipped with basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking oil. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I slept well. The hotel is a 35-40min walk from the train station, but you could take buses also."

"What we liked: ‘cozy modern’, high-tech, linens were good quality, comfortable bed, quiet, clean, stylish, friendly reception/bar staff, and close to public transportation. What we did not like: Insufficient information about all the amenities available to guests, difficult to communicate with hotel staff as the rooms have no phones and the iPads did not provide the ability to contact staff for services (i.e. replenish supplies, wake up calls, call a taxi, ask questions about the area, etc.). "

Nice and cozy

"The room was comfortable, very clean and had a Nespresso machine. We can fill a water bottle at the reception service area. The location is good, just 5 minutes to the Metro station. Around the hotel there's no cafe, supermarket or shopping area. So, if you need something snack or breakfast, you should get them at the city. "
