The only problem is it's a little bit far, but there is buses to go and come back from Milan each half hour, unless the guest rented a car. The manager, Enrico, is friendly, efficient and kind and upgraded me for the second part of my stay to a huge room with a balcony and big bathroom. He was always super responsive to any queries and also suggested an excellent local restaurant and made reservations for us. The room decor in the second room was especially lovely and everything was impeccably clean...

Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished.
