"Moldy bed sheet, dirty light switches, broken bed net. Smelly bar area. When I reported the above issues, 3 groups of staff came and decided to offer me a bottle of free beer ( wine). I don’t drink beer ( wine). Then the manager knocked my room door twice to force me to accept it. I paid $NZ 1100 per room per night. This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever experienced."

"The tent is really nice. There are the florest noises at night, as expected. The food is simple but good. The internet doesn’t work in the room and barely works at the reception.
