"Very conveniently located between the shopping area, city center, and train station to Aquas Caliente. We walked every where we went, even though our car was parked right outside our room. The breakfast was excellent and the on-site restaurant was excellent as well."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Relative to the other hotels around, I thought this was a very comfortable stay. Jorge was really helpful and coordinated safe and flexible transport. Bed was comfortable and room was nice. Few notes: 1. Walls are pretty thin, but overall pretty quiet 2. WiFi is incredibly slow, we just used cellular more often than not"

"We reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights. The location of the property is right in the centre of everything! The staff, Ceasar and William were great and were able to adress all our concerns. There are some minor matters that they need to improve. 1. There were no bath/floor Mat in the bathroom. 2. There were no shower cady or even a soap cady in the shower. 3. They only have a pedestal sink, there is no room to put any or the toileries. 4. They need extra towels. We asked for fresh towels and they asked for our old towels and they washed it on that moment. We have to wait for our towels to finish in the wash before we can shower. They return it damp."

"This property was spectacular. We stayed one night on the way down from Mach Picchu. The moment we arrived we wished we had more time. The grounds were beautiful and the river running alongside made for a very peaceful setting. The staff was extremely friendly. The group tent was super family friendly with kids staying in the loft area and two private bedrooms downstairs. "
