"I would recommend staying here. Jorge was so welcoming and friendly on my arrival, and kindly helped me with my bad Spanish throughout the stay,(his English is excellent). The location is 3 minutes walk from the main square, so very convenient, the hotel offers laundry service and serves a good breakfast. It had everything I needed and more and I would be delighted to stay there again"

"Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Ollantaytambo. It was a beautiful oasis from the busier parts of town. A quick 5-10 minute walk to town, and right next to the train station which made it super easy. The gardens are beautiful and pleasant to walk through, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only feedback would be to address some of the mildew starting in the grout of the bathroom tile. It stuffed my husband up a bit."

"Very safe, interior access via a courtyard. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Walk to the city square in minutes. They also have a upper terrace where motorcycles can be stored if you are trekking on a bike that's locked up. I would definitely stay here again."

"The owner of the property was amazing and very kind. He helped me to find drivers to Cusco airport from Ollantaytambo and prepare the breakfast for me to take when I had to catch a 5 am train. The place is next to the mountain and very peaceful... Thank you for hosting me."

"There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff walked us to and from to ensure our safety and showed us the property and amazing views of the sky and Ollantaytambo. I can't want to come back again! "
