"Everything was lovely- the staff, rooms, breakfast buffet and grounds. The best was the location. It is literally along the train tracks where you catch the train to Machu Picchu (PeruRail, Inca and the luxury train). Do ask them about the path to take into the town center out the back of the hotel."

"I highly recommend staying here. Virginia is an excellent hostess. Every person we encountered on the property was very friendly. We loved the location, the views, and the hospitality. Very relaxing atmosphere and truly a spiritual experience. If you are on the fence about booking here, just do it. You will not be disappointed. The food at the restaurant is also amazing. "

"It was a very comfortable stay except for a plumbing issue where my family has to move from one room to another. The view of the mountain is amazing from our room and the sound of river gushing from my family’s room. My family’s room has 3 bedrooms, which makes it a great one for my sister and my 2 nephews. When Edith found out that we have not had a chance to have dinner before checking in, she cooked omelette with bread and cheese. Stan, her husband helped with the luggage and they let us store our luggage while hiking Machu Picchu and arranged transportation for us. Thanks!"
