No quarto que fiquei, embora no alto e amplo, o banheiro estava inacabado (sem saboneteiras, porta papel, prateleira), com o piso molhado, chuveiro fraco e sem água quente no lavatório. "Cumpriu sua finalidade de uma pernoite antes de visitar Machu Picchu. Estava doente e precisava imprimir meu seguro-saúde. Não havia lan houses abertas naquela hora e a funcionária da recepção fez o favor de imprimir para mim. Gostei da garrafinha de agua mineral de brinde! Infelizmente o hotel é meio escondido, em um lugar meio longe da praça principal e que pode exigir taxi para ir à estação de trem. Fora isso, sem reclamações."
