Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
was charged a late check-in fee of $25.00, not late check-out, check-in! No TV service, clerk spent 15 minutes trying to fix it, gave up and said he would call TV guy next day. Room had no operable windows to let air in or out. Small window type A/C unit mounted on floor does not cool room above 4 feet. Last day of stay was locked out of room at 9:00 PM and had to have someone come to the property and let me in. New key took one hour to be delivered. No employees on-site from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM for emergencies. This property was apparently closed for several years before being recently reopened. It should have stayed closed!
