"We moved from another place on short notice, and they were very accommodating. We visited Porto, Aviero, braga Arouca, 516 bridge and Gaia. It is located in a little town and is on a private street where we could park right in front. It was walking distance to restaurants and various things. Not a lot of businesses in the town but we purposely wanted a quiet place. The apartment was on the first floor, which is one up from the ground, and what was the equivalent of a house. "Check in was very simple. House looked exactly as the listing shows. It’s located super close to restaurants and downtown but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We had to park at a public parking area on the other side of the river and left our car there for a couple days. There was no issues with the parking besides it being about 5 minutes away. You can walk to everything in less time than you could drive. Beautiful town and great accommodations!"

"A well converted farmhouse and lovely garden. The house conversion still reflects the traditional theme. With little traffic in the street, it was really quiet and an extended garden gave more options to relax. And it is still close to the town of Aveiro."

"We loved the area, very quiet and cozy. Lots of privacy with great views. Got a nice tan just relaxing by the pool. We found what we needed, close proximity to Aveiro and family. The only negativity, the sheets came off the mattress every night, rolled under us. Everything else including the hosts was great. "

"The cottage is great - plenty of space for 2 people and a lovely terrace almost directly on the reservoir. We especially enjoyed the hammocks and the pool table!
