"Gaia is across the river from Porto; a short ride to downtown but away from the throngs of tourists. The beach and beach restaurants are a five minute walk from the house. Joaquim was a wonderful host and the accommodations felt like a five star hotel. we would definitely stay here again."

"Large property with extensive gardens, providing everything you could want on holiday. Content to sit by the window and watch the boats going up and down the river, very relaxing. Lovely pool, although sadly unable to use it because of the weather. Tiago was very helpful and responded immediately to any queries. Would thoroughly recommend!"

"We really wanted to enjoy this property, however the property wasn’t what was advertised so we could not. This property is a single family home turned into two separate rentals. Both renting parties share parking, outdoor spaces, and pool. While the host was prompt with their responses, we did not get a welcome feeling from them. "What a wonderful stay we had! We had a most amazing week in this newly built house, where all our stresses melted away. The house is as described, comfortable furniture (the double bed was so comfortable, we slept very well!) and we had everything we needed. "We absolutely loved our stay. It was cosy and clean at a good location near restaurants and bars. We barely needed to use any form of public transportation. Amenities were good - the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were able to store our luggages after check out. Veronica who runs the place was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall no complaints. If there was one thing that we had to fault - it would be no full length mirrors. But this is a really minor point"
