"While this property was away from the city centre it was still located in the university district so it was a good balance of quiet but not isolating. Staff were wonderful and helpful. The food in the hotel bistro was good and they do serve a breakfast but I did t get a chance to try it out. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff here was wonderful! Julia in particular was incredibly helpful and kind. As expected for a European hotel the room was small but well appointed and very modern. The service was great and the area was wonderful with lots of places to eat around the hotel. The only issues were the noise-there was construction while we were here in November and awoke every morning to the construction workers right outside of our room on the ground floor. "My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast had a lot of great and fresh options every day, and the hotel had a familial vibe, which we really enjoyed. The area was safe and had a lot nearby, but I really liked that there was a gate at the entrance. The staff at the hotel made the stay even better. I'd like to specifically shout out Ronald, Douglas, Giuseppe, and Martina for their kindness. If you're searching for a hotel in Milan, I'd highly recommend the Martini Suite!"

"The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". "The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier.
