Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist gut. Nachts fahren ab und zu Züge in Sicht- und Hörweite vorbei, nicht sehr laut, aber doch ein bisschen störend. What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. "Very friendly and helpful hosts. Kitchen is well equipped. The only minor thing I can think of is that the terrace is next to the building and can only be reached via the pedestrian street. But it’s only 20 metres. "

Host was very engaging and helpful at all times Only downsides were minor (traffic noise and dryer that didn’t dry clothes). Overall, outstanding 2-week stay and this beautiful part of the world. Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen. "Der Blick von der Terrasse in die Landschaft und auf den See ist absolut fantastisch. Fußläufig ist nichts erreichbar, das muss man bedenken! Die Wohnung ist angenehm eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Was der ein oder andere bemängelt, dass viele private Dinge von der Eigentümerin Platz wegnehmen, können wir nicht bestätigen. Es hat uns in nichts eingeschränkt. Es gab trotzdem genügend Platz. "Lake Como was iur first destination on our vacation in Italy. It was better than expected!! The location was secluded and quiet with great views but eady to get to restaurants and shops. A great way to start our vacation. The unit was very clean and everything we needed for our stay."

"Clean and modern. Amazing view from the piazza of Lake Como. Extremely attentive host. Garage space great for small car. The walk up to the house is well worth the view and the serenity of the hillside. Def consult the hosts Instagram page for directions. Will stay again!"
