"The property is very very tired, we had lots of problems including a smashed glass door, broken blinds preventing the use of the balcony, broken pool lights, all very dangerous for children. "No heat in apartment! 40 degrees outside…seemed like 40 degrees inside! Owner promised to turn on heat “remotely” but didn’t. He knew heater wasn’t working. We checked out the next morning at 9am. We couldn’t take the cold! Owner still charged us for the second day."

"We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again."
