Cozy atmosphere for sure. Well kept grounds - boys enjoyed playing outside in the field and down by the stream, as well as by the fire pit at night. Host was very responsive to any questions. This property was fully suitable for cozy evenings inside in the winter; board games, a decent pool table, Pac-Man (!), space to be together — or apart, and comfortable beds for everyone.
