The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that there was no welcome pack as is standard in self catering accommodation and the kettle was heavily lime scaled. "Weekend in york Apartment was about a 5 minute walk from York minster so ideal location. Car parking space ( quite tight but ok) provided in the pub at the rear of the flat. Flat was modern and very well equipped. Quiet despite there being a pub and car park nearby. Shower was a little mouldy but other than that the flat was perfect "

"We completely enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It had plenty of room, was clean and very comfortable. The only complaint was traffic noise. With no air conditioning, we had windows open and the constant traffic was very noisy. We arrived on a Friday so I think the busy Friday night traffic was the worst. The other days, not as bad but still louder than I would have liked."
