"Strong smell of sewage throughout the reception area and corridors. Mould in bathroom. No kettle or tea and coffee. Mini bar over priced. Out dated rooms, broken tired furniture and decor. Big yellow stains on bed. Remote control for TV filthily disgusting. Major issue with access to hotel as there is a locked gate which requires a security guard to open to allow entry/exit. Found had to wait multiple times to get into the courtyard area . "

"I stayed at Hotel Justus for 2 nights. I am a solo traveller so had a single room and the room was very spacious. The location was very convenient, safe and walkable to all the local sites and restaurants which was good when I was walking home alone at night. Having breakfast included was a positive and there was a lot of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt that the hotel was very good value for money and I would recommend to others. I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy.
