"We celebrated my husband’s 80th birthday during our stay. We loved the apartment it worked well for 2 couples. The climb up the hill was challenging but we managed, the view from the deck was worth the climb. If you want a cab you need to phone them, you cannot stop at their street side office and ask for a ride. The supermarkets in town are great but if you are looking for fresh meat you need to go to the next town, south west of Almyrida. We took the taxi and our driver was great, he waited...

"We had a great stay in June. The apartment is very big, clean and well equipped. Great outside area with comfortable sun loungers by the pool along with a table & chairs. "I did really enjoy my two weeks at Villa Oreastro. To start with the hosts Johanna and Rob, very friendly and supportive - I really felt being in good hands. The the environment with villages taverns, easy access to wonderful bays and swimming spots. There’s a lot to discover and enjoy. And not to forget the cats dogs the parrot and many more. "We thought the place was charming. The location is perfect. It's on the street right behind the main street so not as crowded and situated in the middle of other shops and apartments. Be prepared for stairs though. We actually kept our suitcases on the main floor vs the bedrooms. Also, the street is not driveable after 11am. Google maps put us on the street at 10:30 pm. Yikes. But it was all good. We got free parking at the Marina the whole time."
