Staff here were very welcome and friendly, we received chocolates and a note in our room on the first day which was a lovely personal touch and the staff at the bar were amazing, remembering us each night. "Location is great. Parking is not close so if you have a lot of luggage, getting it all to the room is not easy. The showers are terrible in design. You have almost 2/3 high meter to step into a small plastic tub. Water shoots out everywhere on to the floor. Very slippery and dangerous. Restaurant food was good. Staff was ok. "
