"Lovely little apartment and very clean in a great location in the middle of the old town. Very clean and tidy with full kitchen, corner sofa and smart tv. Lovely shower and bathroom. Even left a christmas tree up in front room which was a nice touch. Only small negative which wasnt too much of a bother is there is no room either side of the bed, 2 claustrophobic people might struggle with it although didnt bother us too much, otherwise would of been a full 5 stars. Was some external noise...

"There was black mold around all the windows in the kitchen area, and the sofabed was broken. The kitchen is okay to cook in, but lacks a lot of utensils. The appartment is not soundproofed at all, you can here your upstairs neighbour walking on the floors, and the downstairs restaurant washing dishes. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The bed is only 140 cm wide. Perfect location, walkingdistans to everything you could possibly want! "

"The customer service for this property is abysmal. First you don't get check in instructions until 3pm on the day you are expected to arrive. I had to make no less than 5 calls to Elite in both Poland/London and Expedia. Don't bother calling the London office, they don't answer the phone nor do they call you back. Poland office may or may not answer the phone. Expedia tried to help but didn't really get anywhere. Once we arrived the place was okay, there was no AC (it appeared broken), the...
