Convenient, clean, and quiet
The property was cute and worked well for our family of 5 (with kids who cannot share a room and have any peace during a vacation). We never felt cramped and had plenty of privacy. Walk to the beach took two minutes and to the pier took 15. It was great having access to laundry to wash beach towels and swimwear.
It's worth remembering not just the sheet sets for the beds but additional pillow cases for the extra pillows (or bring your own pillows. The bed the adults ended up sharing was uncomfortable so a pillow topper for those sharing a double might also be a good idea. If you drink tea, bring your own kettle.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and the shower was modern and had plenty of hot water for everyone at the end of the day on the beach. The town grocery store (Shop and Save, a Hanniford store) was a short drive away near the opposite end of Walnut St. It was great having the access to the grills and outdoor dining for good weather.
