"Very outdated and broken/dirty stuff. Fire alarm was completely missing in one of bedrooms as well as a switch plate cover. Internet was very poor signal so could not watch the tv in the bedroom. The tv in the living room the remote did not work. Assuming needed new batteries. Parking in rear was all that was open and very small area to park if you have a bigger vehicle. The 3 flight of stairs outside had solar lights that did not work so at night was very unsafe. For the price you pay for one...

"Listing states 10 can stay. That would be very tight. The kitchen is very small and only 4 could really fit in it. The apartment had a foul smell throughout the stay. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud. We were woken up at 7:00 AM by someone running throughout the upstairs apt. for 3 hours!! The positive-it seemed clean, it was fairly close to the beach."
