It was so quiet and the setting by the river was awesome.
The flies were annoying but we also are rural so understand!
My family stayed there. Lots of room. The kids liked to go to the river to skip rocks. Birds and Deer were in the yard. Be aware that the directions that VRBO gives is only to the town of Monarch. You need to go through the town, down the hill and across the bridge. The drive is on the left side.
