"Jill the concierge did an incredible job helping us with each of our needs! The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The property itself was absolutely stunning, and the whole experience felt elevated and luxurious. We loved getting to use the gorgeous lobby as a space for lounging with coffee or late night chats when the bar opened. The location is perfect for walking around downtown, and parking was very easy. Overall, we were blown away and absolutely hope to stay here again some day. "

"The tub dripped and the pull out couch bed had something not affixed properly. The location and cleanliness was great. The t.v. Turning on by itself at 10:30 to welcome me and not shutting off until I hit a down button was not my favorite."
