"The overall stay was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The negative with the stay was the parking. You are charged by the night and reception take the payment but the number plate recognition system doesn’t recognise your number plate when leaving so have to call through to security each time you leave. "

"I love this place and have stayed here many times. It is connected to Terminal 4 at Heathrow by a walkway so no matter which terminal you need, you can get there with a quick tube ride. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, full hot breakfast is great, there is a bar, and the restaurant is open on holidays. "

"A short walk down corridors from T5. Convenient and smart for an overnight stay. Meals on the pricey side, but you can always go back into the terminal. "

"The room wasn't very large but was well appointed. It was nice to have a little kitchen. Bathroom does not have grab bars or a non-slip mat...and, well, I slipped and fell pretty hard. Staff did not know where the closest grocery was located or if they carried stamps for a postcard. Spoke to 2 different front desk agent and they did not have answers to my simple questions. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay. "

"It was a good stay. Bit disappointed we were given an accessibility room which we didn’t ask for. The bathroom could do with some TLC. But rest of the hotel was decent and clean. Breakfast was good too. "

"The hotel is really convenient to Heathrow Terminal 4 and walkable thru a connected tunnel. It was a little confusing at checkin being that the Holiday Inn and the Crown Plaza are connected. I only stayed one night for an early morning flight. I didn’t see much but it was a restful night."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was great! Ricky is very caring and friendly - shared a couple of local places that were really good. Appliances, furniture and heating are spotless! Especially mattress! Definitely will stay again! Thanks!"
