"Pool and facilities were great but the room was a little disappointing. Our kids slept on the pull out couch which had no pillows or sheets, i called the front desk and was informed there were sheets in the dresser in the master bedroom. So we made the bed ourselves, not that i have an issue with making a bed but i was surprised given the price of the room that this wasn't done for us. Our room was also next to a stairwell which got used late and early and was very loud with the door and...

"We so appreciated the efforts of Caprice to smooth over a blip when we checked in. Our room was awesome and perfect for our stay. There was room for a group of us to visit . The location is convenient and having the ability to order from the Local for food was a bonus. Thanks again to Caprice."

"We stay here whenever we come to Penticton. Location is wonderful, restaurants on site are great and staff is lovely. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Lot gets pretty busy. We’ll always come back."

"Overall we enjoyed our experience at the Best Western. Having two bedrooms was excellent. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. The hotel room could have been cleaner. There was obvious dirt on the door ways and in the bathroom and we found tupperware from a previous person under one of the beds. The breakfast options were fantastic, definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We would stay at the hotel again. "

"The hosts were fantastic and the room was super cute and comfy. They did such a good job renovating this suite. The bed and linens were like a cloud. We never got the chance to use the spa facility however he gave us a little tour and what a cool idea! If you have a chance to stay here, do. We will be back for sure: "
