Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.

Location: There are two units on this property, with a connected entrance secured by a double door, deadbolt, and a lock chain that cannot be opened from either side.
Unit B is in the back of the house.

Parking: You can park on the left of the driveway (B)

Backyard: The backyard is not fully fenced and there are a lot of tree. Please be careful when walking around.

Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more ( It will be share between 2 units as well as the cleaning team).

Noise potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
