"VRBO customer service is awful, could not help me out when I mistyped my email when booking therefore I never received the booking confirmation nor received checkin process. They could not come up with another way to validate who I was. Thankfully I was finally able to connect with the host. Will think twice before booking again with vrbo. As for the property, it had termites running around everywhere inside. On a positive not, the place was quaint, fairly clean and conveniently located."
