"잠도 못자고 새벽에 나왔습니다. 사장님 서비스 및 응대태도. 침구류 관리상태 정말 불편하고 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다. 건물내 펌프가동 소음 때문에 잠을 잘수 없고, 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 로비층에서 바베큐 냄새 및 연기가 상부층 숙소로 다 들어옵니다. 침구류 상태는 썩은 냄새가 날 정도 이며 교체한 침구류에서는 관리가 되지 않은 이불을 주고 좋은 추억 만들려 가족여행 갔다가 다음날 일정취소 하고 새벽에 집으로 왔습니다. "

"'더시크릿 양평'을 예약했고 체크인 당일까지 이용안내 문자 조차 없어서 불안한 마음에 기재된 연락처로 전화했지만 통화가 불가했습니다. 이미 출발한 터라 취소할 상황도 아니어서 결국 호텔스닷컴을 통해 연락을 취할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 온수 고장으로인해 이용할 수 없으니 운영하는 또다른 숙소인 '풀빌라 샤이니 리버'로 가서 체크인하라고 하더군요. (체크아웃날 관리회사에서 연락을 주기로 했으나, 일주일이 지나도 연락이 없는 상황입니다.) 하는 수없이 '풀빌라 샤이니 리버'로 갔는데 예약했던 컨디션보다 떨어지는 룸이었고 현관문 열쇠 잠금도 어려울 정도로 노후된 시설에, 에어컨이 고장나서 꺼지지 않았고, 고장님 LED등이며, 욕실 곰팡이며 1박 20만원대라고는 생각할 수 없을 정도의 상태였습니다. 야외 바베큐 기기 세척상태도 그렇고, 그 옆의 의자와 테이블엔 거미줄이 잔뜩 쳐져 있어서 휴지로 닦고 앉는 것조차 힘든 상황이었습니다. "

"생각보다 좋아서 다들 깜짝놀랬어요 ! 시설도 좋고 구석구석 사장님 손길이 안닿은 곳이 없었는데 친구들과 함께 여행가는건 비추입니다 - (조용한분들이면 크게 상관없으심) 옆에 아기동반한 가족들이와서 밤에 조용히해달라고하셨는데 , 12시되니까 개인바베큐장 불도 꺼버리시더라구요..ㅎㅎ 그게 좀 아쉬웠어요 "

"정말 두번 다시 가고 싶지 않은 숙박업소..이런곳을 왜 여기 사이트에...세상이 어느 시대인데...문열고 들어가자 마자 튀어 나오는 왕 귀뚜라미....ㅡㅡ; 거미까지......애들 수영시키는데 데크에 나오는 찐뜩한거 애들 수영복에 다 묻어서 지워지지도 않고,,,세탁소에 물어봤더니 송진이 아니고 데크에 뭘 발라 놓은게 묻은거라고...ㅡㅡ;야외에서 고기 구워 먹었는데 세상에 벌레가....ㅡㅡ;이불에서는 냄새가 나고 에휴------------2박3일 망치고...."

"아침식사는 모텔 입구(복도)에 토스트랑 우유, 쥬스, 콘프라이크 해놓고 앉아서 먹을장소도 없어요. 7만원 미만에는 모텔이거니 이용해도 되지만, 그이상으로는 화딱지 납니다. 취소하려다 일과시간이 지나서 그런지 호텔스닷컴에서 자동메세지로 "호텔에 직접전화하고 호텔스닷컴과는 통화할 필요없습니다"라는 멘트에 포기하고 이용했는데 두고두고 억울합니다."

"가본 펜션 중에 가장 깨끗했습니다. 도착하자마자 뭐없나? 하고 둘러보면 다 있어요. 벌레도 거의 없는데 벌레태우는 것도 방마다 있고 바베큐 먹을때는 모기는 없는데 혹시 모른다면서 모기향도 피워주셨어요. 식기들도 깨끗하고 수건도 깨끗하고 다 깨끗해서 다시 방문할 의향 있습니다. 숯불에 고기 구워먹고 싶어서 간거였는데 숯불은 안하시고 자이글 주셔서 그 점이 조금 아쉽고 수영장이 작아서 두 방 사람들 들어가고 나니 좁아서 들어가지 못했어요. 계곡도 공사 중이고 물이 없어서 못가서 조금 아쉬웠어요. 그래도 경치 좋고 공기 좋은 곳에서 시원하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다."
