"This is an excellent little house with 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen-sized beds, 1 with a king-sized bed (beds are comfortable; good sheets!). Spacious back yard; kids even kicked a soccer ball around. Heating works really well; you will not be cold :) Our only suggestion would be to have another table around that can be used as a writing/ work surface, and additional 1-2 chairs for the dining table. With a little mini golf in the back yard and access to the grill. It has so many rooms and a lot of places to sleep for a big family. Love this place and would return with the family.
