"This property is absolutely perfect for accommodating 2 families with plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. Plus our family from the area was able to come over and all the cousins had plenty of cool things and space to play! It really took the pressure off, from one house trying to host all the meals. Plus the continental breakfast and snacks were very appreciated for the in betweens! "

"Great place for small wedding! Plenty of room to sleep 10 out of town guests.About 30 people for the wedding with plenty of space and parking also.The weather was too cold to be able to use the pool or the outdoor area so everything stayed indoors. The only thing that could be improved would be to have heating in the game area.Communication with Carolyn was outstanding as she went out of her way to help out before and after our stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The place was really nice and the neighborhood was very safe which we are always worried about when we stay in places especially around the city. But there was a sheriff that lived just couple houses down so we felt extremely safe after we saw that. We will definitely be returning to this place when we go back that way. Beautiful house with two beds and two bathrooms. The place was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice."

"The owners were amazing! The house was clean, cozy and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Our daughter is a student at OCU and we will plan to stay here every time we are in town for visits! "

"We had a nice stay at the capital house. It is starkly furnished with minimal kitchen necessities (4 glasses and 5 coffee mugs). Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Took a while to figure out the door lock. Thank you for sharing your house. "

"We arrived around 1:20am coming in late after a basketball game. Parking was right in the drivwway The key pad was easy to work and we went insde the home immediately. Easiest check-in out there! House was clean and easy to access everything needed. "

"Our friend group stayed in this lovely home. The host was very responsive to questions and even had the pack and play set up for our friend with the infant upon our arrival. Communication was clear. This was a beautiful home, and we would definitely stay here again!"
