"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "The hotel is in a great location between Puerto Banus and San Pedro right at the beach. We were staying jn a suite which although clean with great space was a bit tired in places abd definitely needed a rewire, sockets not working or coming out wall. The bed was really hard and very uncomfortable fir me personally. The staff were very attentive and the food was ok. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Ona Valle Romano. There are a number of self catering apartments with reception and 2 restaurants. We were very happy with our apartment which had a good balcony overlooking the golf course. We did not have any meals but breakfast and evening meals are provided. The WiFi worked well, although there was only one channel on the TV in English. Good hot water. There is free parking outside the accommodation, only problem is later in the evening it is difficult to find a spot."
