"Our stay was better than expected. It's a very short walk from the train station and they were very helpful. Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was worth staying for. Really good food that was the right temp and again the staff did anything asked. Whenever I go back to Helsinki I WILL be staying here again. "

"Amazing location in the center of the city, walking distance to anything we wanted to reach. Endless options eat and shop nearby. Loved great breakfast buffet with many options from hot to cold to vegetarian, espresso machine, juices, brewed coffee, vitamin shots and much more. Service was the best - multilingual, friendly, timely. Rooms were pretty spacious and clean. We had 2 rooms - parents and 3 teenagers. Kids had 3 twin beds (one roll-away) which was a good option for us. We all loved sauna on site! One recommendation for the hotel management: please re-visit bathrooms arrangement. Our bathroom deep tub had a tiny glass wall which didn't protect at all, bathroom floor was full of water by the time we were done and it made is very slippery. Getting out of the deep tub, I slipped one of the days but thankfully was able to grab on to the sink. Arrangement is not the best IMHO. Regular curtain would do a better job since there is no space for wider glass."

"It’s a unique hotel as the elevator is see through. Good amenities like the skyroom, pool, gym,sauna all are at the 16th floor."
