"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet home. Great renovated older home with lots of character in a wonderful neighborhood. Very close to all that is Richmond. Many restaurants and lots of shopping close by. The king bed upstairs was very comfy. Nice place to hang out. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor space due to weather but would be great in warm seasons. We hope to stay again."

"The interior of this older home is spotless and roomy. The beds were very comfortable, the two bathrooms were up to date, the kitchen had all appliances, The manager was very communicative. We are possibly returning in the summer for a stay here. The town of Powhatan is small and beautiful."

"We rented Anna's place for a close to two week stay when my son and daughter-in-law were due to give birth to twins. They live right around the corner, so we were less than a half mile away from them. I wanted to have a place I could bring my other two grandchildren to chill with us or maybe spend a night. First off, the place feels like you are in a ski lodge. Pool table, dartboard, games, several tvs, etc made it warm and cozy and inviting. There are lots of spaces for people to spread...

"Property was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fairly well stocked, utensils could have been of higher quality. House was advertised with fire pit but they didn’t provide any wood. Overall it was a very nice place to stay for the week. "

"We decided to have a quick stop in Richmond on our Spring Break travels and found comfortable lodging in this historic and well preserved listing. The amenities were as described, though we didn’t partake in the laundry that was located in the e basement. We had a short block and a half walk to the main historic strip, several great eateries and sweet shops for dessert. The next day was spent exploring the nearby science museum, which was only a 7 minute drive. "

"What a perfectly lovely little place! It is exactly as described. Pretty, quiet neighborhood. Parking on the street is about 20 feet from the front porch steps - super convenient, and there was never anyone else parked in that area while we were there. The cottage is adorable. It would be perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or a couple with an infant/small child in a portable crib. Jennifer, our host, was so friendly and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at the apartment for three weeks. It easily slept up to six people. Loft was large and bright, but the steps are steep. It is a duplex, so there is a little noise from the neighbors, but nothing to prevent us from staying again. Apartment was clean and well-appointed. "
