"Das Haus war mit allen wichtigen Dingen und komplett ausgestattet. Der Garten mit der Terrasse von außen nicht einsehbar, so dass man ein kleines, privates "Reich" für sich hatte. Der Pool war dank Solarheizung selbst Ende September immer noch 23 Grad warm. Die Umgebung von Emsbüren ist ein Paradies für Radfahrer. Viele, asphaltierte, kleine Wege, auf denen kaum Autos unterwegs sind. Dazu sind alle Wege sehr gut ausgeschildert. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!"

"We stayed four nights in this cottage which is relatively close to the motorway between Holland and Germany. It is a very spacious cottage, converted from an old farm building, in the grounds of a small hotel. The setting is very rural, and therefore peaceful. Nearest village is 2-3 km away. The cottage is furnished in a very traditional (old fashioned?) way, but has clearly been very recently modernised so kitchen and bathrooms are very well appointed. "Our family stayed two months at this property and found the owners incredibly kind and accommodating. We do not speak German and the owners helped us by making dinner reservations and other appointments when necessary. They spent an afternoon showing us downtown Rheine so we knew where everything was located. The house was exactly like it appeared in the photos. "Heerlijk ruim vakantiehuis, smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie tuin met terras en speelhuisje. Huis ligt in een rustige groene mooie landelijke omgeving. Voorzieningen als supermarkt, bakkerij en restaurants zijn op fietsafstand goed bereikbaar. Communicatie met eigenaresse verliep erg prettig, vriendelijk en sympathiek. . "Slechte communicatie met eigenaar. Drama met sleutel ophalen, sauna defect, wirlpool was niet beschikbaar 1e dag. Tot 2x toe om handdoeken te vragen, er lagen 4 kleine voor 5 personen. Div lampen en wandcontactdozen defect, huisje was niet schoon. Er zat nog een oude beschimmelde koffiepad in het koffieapparaat. Tv's op de slaapkamers dezen het niet. En de weg er naartoe was een zandweg met ontzettend grote kuilen erin van zo'n 700 meter lang."

"Wij hadden een fantastisch vakantiehuis gelegen aan de rand van het bungalowpark, direct palend aan het bos. Prachtige tuin erbij met tientallen vlinders. Goed ingericht en verzorgd. Mooie fietsroutes in de buurt, goed aangegeven via fietsknooppunten. Al met al een zeer aan te raden locatie"

"Firstly, I would stay here again! The apartment was very spacious, clean and easy to find. The kitchen was well equipped and super useful. One bath and one hand towel for a whole week wasn’t ideal and no obvious way to get clean ones. Emails about how to get in were clear, so no contact otherwise needed. When I arrived though there was a terrible smell in the apartment from the drains, which went as soon as I ran all taps and flushed loo a few times. I assume no one had been in for a while....
