"We had a lovely anniversary in the Hobbit house. It was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the heaters and the hot tub while it was snowy and cold."

"Great stay. Cabin is clean and well stocked. We stayed here for three nights while skiing at Seven Springs. Great communication with Forrest and all questions were answered. Minor minor issue; it was not obvious (to me) that the washer/dryer are not in unit, which is important to know if you’re skiing. There is a large laundry facility on site and it was not a huge deal to gain access and dry our gear. Will definitely stay here again! Minutes to seven springs and restaurants. "

"We really had a great time. This cabin was very very nice very clean very well kept and comfortable. It was a bit sketchy, navigating the terrain to and from the cabin as we were there during an ice storm. We did manage that by parking in a lot off the main road at the bottom of the hill with permission. other than that no complaints. "

"Everything was great. Even with the snow storm, the gravel road to the property was plowed several times during our stay so we could easily drive in and drive out to go skiing."

"The pipes at Lewis cottage were frozen, the rental company contacted us before we arrived to tell us, and upgraded us to a much bigger rental with the same amenities. Cannot comment on Lewis cottage but the upgraded house “mountain majesty” was very nice. Great communication from the rental company."
