"We enjoyed our time at the Cascadilla house in CB South. We frequent the CB / Gunnison area once a year and try different VRBOs. This one was very nice. Spacious, even though we did not use the basement level. Very comfortable with great views. We even heard elk bugling at night. The shower has great water pressure. Only complaint was the coffee pot was slow and coffee was not hot. Highly recommend for location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. "

"The place was beautiful and clean, the Mountain View’s were perfect for the weekend! We had a very difficult time finding the right location as the directions from the listing take you to a house across the street with the same address. It was dark and snowing when we arrived and as the listing said, there’s no service or WiFi available so make sure you screenshot the pages like it says because it’s a lifesaver! Overall, loved it!! "

Our travel goal was to view the changing colors and Crested Butte, Kebler Pass, Lake City and Slumgullion Pass were all amazing! Bonus points for the proximity to Garlic Mike’s and the river. 10/10 recommend!"

"My son goes to college at Western Colorado University and stayed over Christmas break to work on the mountain. I braved the frigid cold January temps in Gunnison to spend a week with him. The kitchen was absolutely perfect for cooking big meals for he and his friends.
