"This is a great place to stay. It's so quiet, clean comfortable place to stay. It's close to restaurants, Safeway, coffee, you name it. The college is maybe 3-5 mins away, as well. There's a HUGE master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. However, it was just me, so I slept in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the bed was incredibly comfortable! This home is connected to the home next-door. You never hear the neighbors, except, when they come home. You hear their front door close. ...

"Nice 2 bedroom close to where we were fishing (Blue Mesa Reservoir). The property manager check with us on arrival. TV is hard to figure out (we couldn’t figure it out) however it did not affect our stay."

"From start to finish this was a great place to stay. Jenny, the manager, is friendly and easy to deal with. She provided helpful and timely information. In fact she checked in to make sure I was getting the emails. Check-in to check out was simple.The place is perfect for a couple (or more on the sofa sleeper). It was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. This a perfect place to stay and visit a kid at the university. I would definitely stay here again when in Gunnison. "

"This house was great for our family of 10! Great location. We skied everyday and enjoyed CB and the Almont resort restaurant across the street. Fireplaces didn’t work, so that was a bummer. Also, the water heater cannot accommodate 10 showers at a time. Take short showers.. "

"We enjoyed our time at the Cascadilla house in CB South. We frequent the CB / Gunnison area once a year and try different VRBOs. This one was very nice. Spacious, even though we did not use the basement level. Very comfortable with great views. We even heard elk bugling at night. The shower has great water pressure. Only complaint was the coffee pot was slow and coffee was not hot. Highly recommend for location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. "
