Perfect location from which to explore the superb hiking and beautiful villages further into the Alpujarras while also being less than an hour's drive from Granada and the coast. Our host was great too -- friendly, informative, and relaxed!"

"We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Cortijo Caliz. As a family we love staying in rural Spain and have stayed in many regions and many villas but this has to be the best! The villa itself is spacious, with a bright living area, a well equipped kitchen and huge bedrooms. There were 5 of us most of the time with an additional 2 guests for a couple of nights. We could easily have had more of us without impacting on space. Three bathrooms mean it’s perfect for multiple families staying...

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed unlike the two other VRBO‘s we rented. the view from the house was spectacular. We ate dinners at the house, but were out for a midday meal, and found an incredible Indian restaurant and several others. There was a beautiful vegetable garden just below us and over the three days we were there. We watched the gardener who on one of the days brought us two...

"Our family of 5 enjoyed the space, kitchen, pool, and views. 4 single and a double bed and 2 bathrooms were good. We loved the private pool. We liked plenty of street parking. It is was an easy drive to Alhambra and grocery stores. Left on train which was also about 20 min."

"We had a perfect holiday at Cortijo Alba Rosa! The house was lovely and comfortable and the infinity pool spectacular. The views from the house were amazing too and we enjoyed day trips to Granada, the beach and the nearby reservoir for paddleboarding and swimming. Matthew, our host, and Anne and Martin, were all extremely helpful and responsive. We're already planning to go again! "
