"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "The apartment itself is decorated nicely and was clean however the building itself is not good at all. Cheap office to resi conversion with paper thin walls. Signs in communal areas telling you to close the doors to keep homeless people out. Very warm in the summer and no fan provided so had to keep all windows open, overlooking extremely busy road opposite a bus stop and a large car park which is popular with homeless people. Couldn’t sleep due to noise of buses and traffic as well as a woman...
