"We contacted the B&B to arrange a very early check in which was agreed with no problem. There was a dedicated parking space close to the guest entrance which made taking luggage to the room easier. We stayed whilst the worst of Storm Darragh was passing, so the short walk to the entrance was very welcome. "Perfect place to spend the festive days of Xmas. Big enough for all nine of us to be together but also to have our own space for sleeping. Kitchen well equipped to enable festive cooking. House with lots of character & charm. Due to the rainy weather we stayed indoors and location ideal for that."

"The Coach House is absolutely amazing, so much attention to detail. There was 12 of us in total and everyone of us thought it was fabulous. Brian & Sarah were excellent and we wanted for nothing. We would highly recommend The Coach House. There was so many things to do in the grounds but sadly the weather didn’t let us. We were able to make full use of the hot tub and the sauna. There was more than enough entertainment for us all in the house. A very big thank you to Brian & Sarah. "

"We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."

"Wonderful place with very separate bedrooms and bathroom choices for a large adult and children group! We couldn’t get over the cutest of the place and the hot cocoa maker. The host was super responsive and we had a great family reunion at this location. "

"Stayed here 6 nights – it was perfect for visiting family/friends in the area. Also has bus at door to train stations, giving easy access to London. All new throughout, quality fittings, spacious, comfortable, stylish, very well equipped kitchen, parking on property behind locked gate, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Convenience store and good take-away food shop across the road. Easy drive to the delights of Kent. We loved it here – it was the perfect resting place after a busy road trip around...
