"Person was horrible to deal with and cancelled stay day of. They were asking for money than agreed upon and were extremely rude and demanding. Also they are extremely demanding and expect the customer to bend around there rules and times, whenever is best for them"

"We had a wonderful stay at Chambre d'Hotes L'Ancienne Ecole. It is a beautiful period property in the lovely town of La Wantzenau. Katia is an amazing host, with passionate knowledge of the Alsace area. Nothing was too much trouble, with a tasty French breakfast each morning. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area."

"This was the best room of our vacation and it is less than a mile from Europa Park. The room was quite large as it is an apartment with a full kitchen, patio, and had beds for 7 people. A double and a bunkbed in the bedroom plus a double and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a small patio where you immediately notice how meticulously the yard is maintained. It is beautiful. "Lovely property and Sylvie is a wonderful host. Our suite was beautifully decorated (and the AC was cool!). Sylvie provides a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and local yougurt, as well as a small selection of breads, fruit, meatt, and cheese. She also made sure we had a carafe of cold water to drink on our return, which was very appreciated. The peaceful terrace in this quiet village is just what we needed. "Very clean and professionally run. A place where you can tell the owners take a lot of pride in providing a nice place to stay. The breakfast was the best you can get in town, fresh fruit and lot of delicious bread and cheese. Only recommendation for improvement is to have fans in the room, it was very hot day and we were on the third floor which got pretty toasty. "

"Sehr sauber und sehr freundliche Vermieter, die im Haus wohnen. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Europapark und in fußläufiger Entfernung gute Restaurants. Wir waren länger da und hatten häufigen Handtuchwechsel und auch Bettwäschewechsel. Das einzige, was nicht so gut ist: Bei vier Personen wird es sehr warm im Zimmer. Kann ich sehr empfehlen."

"Der Weg zum Haus ist super vom Vermieter beschrieben und sehr abenteuerlich. Das Haus steht in absoluter Alleinlage am Waldrand und direkt vor dem Haus beginnen die Weinfelder. Traumhaft schön. Die kleine Auffahrt direkt zum Haus (ca. 50m) ist sehr steil. Vom Parkplatz vor dem Haus geht es ca. 50 Stufen durch den Garten zum Gebäude. Das Außengelände und der Garten könnten etwas mehr liebe vertragen. Oben gibt es eine wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse mit einem großartigen Blick auf Offenburg....
