"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The customer service is exceptional. The apartment was lovely it’s a 2bd 2 bath with an elevator. It’s a very walkable area with shopping within walking distance . It’s a 15 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We took advantage of the Zurich card and it worked out for us we visited many museums for free and it covered all transportation within the zones specified on the card . "

"They were very responsive and immediate in communicating the door codes. Going in and out worked smoothly. Decent interior condition, but soft bed. Somewhat dark. Noise, distant smoke, and cooking smells from other tenants or people outside can drift into units."

There was no front desk, you have to use email, communication horrible...When getting to the room, it was SO HOT, there is no AC, no Fan, nothing for cooling down..I emailed them ask help, but no response. Ironically I walked out to the street and it was much cooler... the first night, I had to stay outside longer and then went back to hotel hoping it would cool down, but still very hot, unbearable, without a fan it was like an...

"Property was rather spartan, not even a bottle opener in the cutlery. And the apartment had a strong smell of stale smoke particularly on one bedroom. The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. Surprisingly no attempt to refund a portion due to this was proffered."

"Stayed in Zurich 2 days before taking train to Paris. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and had very nice views. A few places to eat close by with a local market around the corner. Would stay again."

"Great location as it was a 7-min walk to the HB. Nice lounge area at the lobby and good laundry facilities on L2. A few dining options nearby. Apartment is small with dining area and the sofa bed made for the kids. We had a double in the space next to the sofa and requested more pillows as well. "We absolutely love this hotel and how techie it was. It was definitely a different and amazing experience. We also really liked that. It was close to the airport the central train station and also around downtown. The staff was incredibly nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I would definitely come back and stay here."
